Welcome Cafe Bloomm

The much-anticipated Cafe Bloomm is NOW OPEN in Roy City. Owner Marikh writes, “The cafe is a cozy local eatery where you’ll never have to compromise between good food and good coffee again. We offer breakfast all day, lunch, and coffee, all with the convenience of drive-thru and the comfort of dine-in. We take pride in our local ingredients!”

Cafe Bloomm is located at 5128 S. 1900 W., across from the municipal center. The building, remodeled inside and out, is bright, airy, and cheerful. Hours are Tuesday – Sunday 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

The first thing you see when you walk in from the parking lot are fresh-baked chocolate croissants, their signature chocolate chunk cookies, and other treats that vary weekly.

Try the scrumptious pretzel bun egg sandwich, made with fluffy eggs, white cheddar, thick crispy bacon, and a house-made dijonnaise, served with a cafeteria-style hashbrown. The American breakfast burrito is a classic, done well: signature fluffy eggs, white cheddar, thick and crispy bacon, fresh avocado, and battered fries (yum!). If you’re feeling a little spicy, give the homestyle burrito a taste with its salsa verde and house-made fresh cilantro crema on the side.

Savor the banana bread (with Nutella and brûléed bananas), the Bloomm Waffle (with a house-made berry compote, lemon curd, and chantilly cream), oatmeal, or avocado toast (thick local sourdough, sliced avocado, romesco, and micro greens).

For lunch, the Bloomm burger is a large, juicy Angus beef patty on their signature pretzel bun, with white cheddar, whole-grain dijonnaise, and crisp lettuce. A delicious buffalo fried chicken sandwich (also available un-spicy), a rotisserie chicken sandwich, and a seasonal market salad round out the offerings.

The drink menu entices with espresso, latte, macchiato, Americano, cappuccinos, mochas and some Bloomm specialties. The Salted Caramel Pretzel Latte is like nothing you’ve had before, with a pretzel simple syrup done in-house.
