A tragic incident from Florida has once again brought attention to domestic violence cases. A 55-year-old man has been arrested months after his girlfriend was brutally attacked and later died from her injuries. Florida Man Charged in Girlfriend’s Death
Florian Renaudo, 55, has been officially charged with second-degree murder after the death of his 32-year-old girlfriend, Natasha Lampley. The incident took place on the night of November 18, 2025, when Lampley was found unconscious near train tracks in Miami.
She was rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries and remained in a coma for over two weeks. Sadly, she passed away on December 3, 2025.
Caught on Camera Before the Attack
According to the arrest affidavit, surveillance footage from a restaurant parking lot captured key moments before the tragic incident. Renaudo was seen following Lampley shortly before she started screaming for help.
At around 8:55 p.m., both Renaudo and Lampley were spotted together outside a nearby liquor store. A witness later confirmed Lampley was the woman in the footage, easily recognisable by her pink shoes.
Just two minutes later, they moved out of camera view — but screams were caught on audio. Police said a woman’s voice cried out “Help!” seven times before falling silent.
Police Response and Hospitalisation
At 9:03 p.m., a 911 call came in reporting that a woman was being beaten. Miami Fire Rescue found Lampley lying unconscious on the sidewalk near the train tracks. She had suffered major head injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital.
Despite medical care, she never regained consciousness. Lampley remained in a coma until her death on December 3. She was the mother of two young boys.
Witness Statement and Arrest
A witness who knew the suspect told police that Renaudo admitted to “slapping” Lampley. This, combined with video footage and emergency call details, led authorities to connect him to the attack.
Renaudo was finally arrested in February 2026 and charged with second-degree murder. During his first court appearance, he was denied bond and is currently being held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.
His next court date is scheduled for February 25, 2026.
