Meet the Children of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Stars

While the cast members of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City deliver memorable moments and sharp exchanges, their children frequently capture audience attention with their own compelling storylines and emerging careers.

Several cast members’ children have evolved into regular fixtures on the Bravo series, with some even launching their own entertainment ventures. The sixth season of the show continues to showcase how these mothers navigate parenting challenges ranging from empty nest transitions to supporting children through difficult personal journeys.

Heather Gay’s Three Daughters Navigate College Years

Heather Gay has raised three daughters as a single mother following her 2011 divorce from Frank William Gay III after 11 years of marriage. Ashley, born in 2003, Georgia, born in 2006, and Annabelle, born in 2007, have each carved their own paths.

The relationship between Heather and her daughters has strengthened significantly in recent years. In October 2024, Heather shared that her daughters have benefited from her personal growth beyond the expectations of her Mormon upbringing.

“My bond with my daughters has never been stronger,” Heather reflected. “Previously, I felt constrained by my upbringing and the expectations of my culture and community. Now, I can be the mother I always aspired to be. We’ve discovered this new freedom together.”

Ashley graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in June 2025 and currently resides in New York City. Her sisters Georgia and Annabelle both attend Florida universities, with Georgia at the University of Miami and Annabelle at the University of Tampa.

As a newly empty nester, Heather expressed both excitement and uncertainty about this life transition. “Raising these incredible humans has been the biggest challenge and joy of my life so far,” she posted on Instagram in September 2025. “I don’t know who I am without them beside me but I’m excited to find out.”

Meredith Marks’ Children Build Professional Careers

Meredith Marks and husband Seth Marks, married since 1996, share three children who have each established their own professional identities.

Their eldest son Reid, born January 20, 1997, in Chicago, relocated to Utah with his family during his teenage years. After graduating from the University of Michigan with degrees in economics and finance, Reid co-founded Havenly Ventures in 2023, a real estate investment firm specializing in student housing properties.

Middle child Brooks, born July 28, 1999, has become the most visible member of the Marks family through his frequent appearances on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City since the first season. Brooks launched his eponymous clothing line in 2020, graduated from New York University, signed with Ford Models, and took a leading role on Next Gen NYC, which premiered in summer 2025.

Youngest daughter Chloe, born July 14, 2001, graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed a fashion internship with Fendi in New York. She currently serves as director of business development for her mother’s jewelry line and appeared alongside her brother on Next Gen NYC.

“My whole family has developed thicker skin and we’ve grown closer,” Meredith said during a December 2024 podcast appearance. “You recognize how important family is through experiences like this.”

Lisa Barlow’s Sons Launch Business Venture

Lisa Barlow and husband John Barlow, married since 2003, have welcomed two sons who have demonstrated entrepreneurial ambitions.

Jack, born October 19, 2004, served as a Mormon missionary in Colombia for two years. During his service, Jack experienced a serious health crisis that required three days of hospitalization. “As a mom, it’s the worst thing to know your kid isn’t doing well and you’re not there,” Lisa shared.

Jack completed his mission and returned home to Salt Lake City in June 2025. “There is nothing better than having my family together. Welcome home,” Lisa wrote on Instagram celebrating his return.

Younger son Henry, born December 13, 2011, is described by his mother as her delightful child who keeps the family laughing constantly.

In 2021, Jack and Henry launched Fresh Wolf, their luxury men’s grooming products line. The brothers partnered with Utah Foster Care in honor of their father, who experienced the foster care system. “Teaming up with foster care means a lot to me. My dad was in the system…I just want to help out my community as much as I can,” Jack explained in January 2022.

Whitney Rose Balances Motherhood and Stepfamily

Whitney Rose shares two biological children with husband Justin Rose while also serving as stepmother to his three sons from his first marriage.

Daughter Bobbie, born April 19, 2010, shares a particularly close relationship with her mother. Whitney has referred to Bobbie as her constant companion and best friend. “She steals all my makeup, all my new clothes,” Whitney revealed in November 2024. “Yes, I feel like I just have a better version of me, and watching her grow up is one of the coolest things I’ve ever done.”

Son Brooks, born January 15, 2013, excels in soccer according to his mother’s November 2024 comments. Whitney describes herself as the unconventional mother who keeps pace with her children’s energy rather than the reverse.

During the second season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Whitney discussed the finality of their family size, explaining that Justin underwent a vasectomy following Brooks’ birth, closing the door on additional biological children.

Mary Cosby Supports Son Through Recovery Journey

Mary Cosby married Robert C. Cosby in 1998, and the couple welcomed their only child, Robert Cosby Jr., in 2005.

During the fifth season, Robert Jr. opened up about his struggles with suicidal thoughts and substance abuse involving Xanax and Oxycontin in an emotional conversation with his mother. In December 2024, Mary shared that Robert Jr. had completed a monthlong rehabilitation program, emerging transformed from the experience.

Mary provided an update on her son’s recovery during a September 2025 SiriusXM appearance. “I can just only push him, encourage him and love him. And that’s what I’m doing,” she reflected. “But at the same time, I have hope and I believe in him. I know that his ability, I mean, I raised him, so I know he’s got all the tools and he’s got all the will, the willpower that he needs and the support.”

Robert Jr. faced legal troubles in September 2025 with charges including assault, trespassing, and failure to stop at law enforcement command. He was arrested again in November 2025 on charges of violating a pretrial protective order, property damage, assault on a peace officer, interfering with law enforcement, and criminal trespassing. His wife Alexiana Arian Smokoff filed for divorce shortly after.

Angie Katsanevas Cherishes Motherhood

Angie Katsanevas met her future husband Shawn Trujillo at age 19. The couple married in 1999 and founded their hair salon franchise together. They welcomed daughter Elektra on May 20, 2011.

Katsanevas lost her mother during childhood, an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to parenting. In a May 2022 Instagram post, she reflected on how this loss influences her daily choices.

“Being Elektra’s Mom has been a privilege I don’t take for granted. My Mom didn’t have the privilege of watching me grow up and I didn’t have the privilege of growing up with a Mom,” she wrote. “That experience taught me to value every moment in Elektra’s life, every opportunity to volunteer at her school, to watch her ride her horse, or tickle her to sleep every night.”

Bronwyn Newport Prepares for Daughter’s Independence

Bronwyn Newport welcomed daughter Gwen on June 19, 2006. Gwen’s father, whom Newport dated during college, passed away when Gwen was approaching age two, before father and daughter ever met.

“I got pregnant with Gwen when I was 19, turning 20, and her biological father was not involved and passed away shortly after when she was turning 2,” Newport explained in a season five confessional.

Newport’s strained relationship with Gwen’s paternal family became a significant storyline during season five. Gwen expressed hesitation about contacting her father’s parents, citing their 18-year absence. “I feel like they’ve made how they feel pretty clear,” Gwen told her mother.

In season six, Newport grappled with Gwen’s decision to move to Portland. “I really have never been alone,” she reflected. “I literally went from my parents’ house to a very short stint at college and then Gwen. But Gwen’s just more excited about spreading her wings in that way than I am.”

Children Taking Center Stage

The children of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City have evolved from background figures to compelling characters with their own narrative arcs. From Brooks Marks’ fashion and entertainment career to Jack and Henry Barlow’s business ventures, from college transitions to recovery journeys, these young adults and teenagers contribute essential layers to the show’s storytelling.

As the cast members navigate the complexities of modern parenting while living in the public eye, their children demonstrate resilience, ambition, and the challenges of growing up with cameras documenting their families’ most vulnerable moments. Their stories add depth and authenticity to a series that continues captivating audiences with its unique blend of luxury, drama, and genuine family dynamics.
