A man who’s been in jail 15 times is once again behind bars after he was caught breaking into a lumber yard on Saturday night in Thurston County, Washington. According to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO), police officers from Tumwater and Olympia, along with sheriff’s deputies, rushed to the scene and found the man muddy, sweating, and completely out of breath—looking like he had just tried to run or hide.
Caught in the Act at the Lumber Yard
Security cameras at the lumber yard captured the man carrying tools often used for burglary. That helped officers quickly confirm he was up to no good. When they found him, he matched the footage perfectly—mud-covered and clearly trying to escape the scene.
A Long History of Crime
This wasn’t the first time this man had been in trouble. In fact, he had already been arrested 15 times before. His most recent arrest was less than a month ago, on December 19, for stealing packages off people’s porches. Despite several chances and past arrests, he seems to keep going back to crime.
Facing Fresh Charges Again
After this latest incident, the man was taken to Thurston County Jail once again. He’s now facing multiple charges, including:
- Burglary
- Theft
- Trespassing
These charges could lead to serious consequences, especially considering his long criminal history.
