An Oklahoma man is facing federal charges for allegedly making violent threats against several public figures, including President Donald Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden, via social media posts.
Threatening Posts on Social Media
Jacob Hudson, a Muskogee resident, is accused of posting violent threats on Facebook and Instagram, including messages such as “You’re all gonna be publicly executed” and referencing the “Epstein list” as the reason behind his threats. Federal investigators allege that Hudson’s posts were aimed at these political figures, who he accused of wrongdoing in relation to the Epstein case.
Investigating the Epstein Connection
Hudson reportedly referenced the controversial “Epstein files” and used it as a justification for his violent threats. In one post from November 2025, Hudson allegedly targeted Kash Patel and his wife, Alexis Wilkins, writing, “You’re both gonna be publicly executed for hurting kids.”
In October 2025, he also made threatening statements against Trump, Bondi, and Patel, writing, “I will literally slap the f—in taste outta your mouth if you keep bulls—in with the #releasetheepsteinfiles. F— you and @realdonaldtrump and @agpambondi and all the other pedos.”
Additional Threats Against Former Presidents
Hudson did not limit his threats to just those connected to the Epstein investigation. In other posts, he threatened former Presidents Bush, Obama, and Biden, writing, “You’re all getting it too! All Public executions!” He further threatened, “You really do fail to realize who the f— I am.”
Previous Confrontations and Arrest
Hudson’s extreme political beliefs had previously led to conflicts with family members. Investigators spoke with Hudson’s brother, who revealed that these views had resulted in several altercations.
In September 2025, Hudson was arrested in Muskogee for allegedly attempting to break into a neighbor’s home while shouting death threats, particularly toward President Trump. Authorities say Hudson was screaming about wanting to kill Trump during the incident.
Self-Identifying as ‘Batman’
During his arrest, Hudson allegedly referred to himself as “Batman.” He admitted to making the threatening posts and explained that his main focus was protecting children, in addition to his obsession with the Epstein investigation.
Facing Serious Charges
Jacob Hudson now faces serious charges, including threats to impede, intimidate, or retaliate against federal law enforcement officers and interstate communications with threats to harm another person. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
