SALT LAKE CITY — One of Utah’s most cherished holiday traditions is returning this December as the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square announces the opening of its 2025 Christmas concert ticket lottery and the guest performers for this year’s celebration.
The world-renowned choir will be joined by Tony Award-winning actress Stephanie J. Block and her husband, actor and singer Sebastian Arcelus, for three nights of festive performances at the Conference Center from December 11–13.
“Stephanie J. Block and Sebastian Arcelus are wonderful, gifted performers,” said Mack Wilberg, music director of the choir. “It will be a privilege to share the stage with such talented artists as together we celebrate the Savior’s birth during the Christmas season.”
How to Get Tickets
Due to overwhelming demand each year, tickets for the concert are distributed through a random lottery system. Registration for the 2025 concert lottery opens at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, and remains open through November 7.
Tickets are free but limited to four per household. Winners will be notified via email after the lottery closes.
For those who do not receive tickets through the drawing, a standby line will be available outside the Tabernacle on Temple Square approximately 90 minutes before each performance.

This year’s featured guests bring impressive credentials to the stage:
- Stephanie J. Block won the 2019 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for her role in The Cher Show and has starred in several Broadway hits, including Wicked and Falsettos.
- Sebastian Arcelus is known for his work in Jersey Boys and Elf the Musical and for his television roles in Madam Secretary and House of Cards.
With the combination of their voices and the choir’s majestic harmonies, this year’s concert promises to be among the most memorable yet.
