Global Latin sensation Bad Bunny is getting ready to take over the world’s biggest stage — the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show — and he’s promising fans an unforgettable experience filled with rhythm, energy, and pride.
“It’s Gonna Be a Party” – Bad Bunny Promises High-Energy Show
Speaking at an Apple Music press conference, the Puerto Rican superstar gave a light-hearted preview of what fans can expect. Known for performing exclusively in Spanish, Bad Bunny joked that viewers had “four months to learn Spanish” — but then reassured them that dancing is really all that’s needed.
“It’s gonna be fun, and it’s gonna be a party,” he said. “It’s gonna be easy, and people only have to worry about dance.”
He added that while knowing Spanish helps, it’s not essential:
“They don’t even have to learn Spanish. They just have to learn how to dance. The best dance is the one that comes from the heart — the heartbeat dance.”
From Puerto Rico to the Super Bowl Stage
Bad Bunny shared that performing at the Super Bowl wasn’t originally in his plans. His focus had been on connecting with his roots and diving deep into his residency in Puerto Rico.
“I was just looking to connect with my roots, my people more than ever, connect with myself, with my history, with my culture,” he explained. “And I did it in a very honest way.”
But as his popularity continued to soar, he felt called to step into the global spotlight once again.
“The world really wanted me. That’s when I realized I should show some love to the world, to Latin America — and bring that feeling from the album to one of the biggest stages in the world.”
Album Reflections: Pride and Personal Growth
Talking about his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, Bad Bunny said it represented a return to his cultural roots. Its success reinforced his belief in staying authentic.
“It confirmed that you should always be proud of who you are and feel comfortable being yourself,” he said. “Feel proud of your history, where you’re from — but don’t let that limit you. I know where I come from, but I also know where I can go.”
Guest Performers? He’s Keeping That a Secret
When asked whether any guest stars would join him on stage, Bad Bunny remained tight-lipped.
“That’s something I’m not gonna tell you,” he teased, keeping the possibility wide open.
Instead, he focused on the people who truly matter to him — his family, friends, and fans across the Latino community worldwide.
“There’s a lot of people that love me around the world,” he said, expressing his gratitude to the fans who have supported him throughout his journey.
