Hello, 2023!

As we welcome a new year, I hope everyone finds happiness. I hope we can celebrate this year with a newfound motivation to achieve all our resolutions. As we set goals and stive to be better take a moment to focus on service, Just Serve is a great way for you to become involved in community service. Enter your zip code and the opportunities to serve are endless. Justserve.org
Thank you to all who participated in the Home Decorating Contest, I hope everyone in the community was able to drive around and see the beautiful lights and decorations this holiday season.
We are working on the Roy City Youth Council group and are accepting applications from students 14-17 years old (Freshman-Juniors). This is a great opportunity to get involved in the community and gain leadership qualities. They will be helping with city events, including service projects, the Easter Egg Hunt, and Roy Days. Applications are in the Roy High, Roy Jr, and Sandridge Jr main offices.
Macy McCormack, 2022 Miss Roy, has been encouraging civic participation through education. She has served with a smile, attended numerous events and represents Roy beautifully. Thank you for all you do for Roy City!
We wish you a Happy New Year! May it be filled with family, friends, adventures, hope and joy this new year!
