Elections Notice
If you are interested in running for one of the city council seats or running for the mayor seat, please be sure to submit your declaration of candidacy to the Roy city recorders office during the week of June 1-7, 2021. This declaration must be done in person. The hours for the recorder’s office are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Notice of Public Hearing
Roy City Corporation will be holding a public hearing regarding the transfer of monies to the General Fund from the Water and Sewer Utility Fund, Storm Water Utility Fund, and Solid Waste Utility Fund. The meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 5:30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving public input and obtaining council approval on the proposed transfers from the Roy City Enterprise Funds. All interested citizens are invited to watch and participate in the discussion on the YouTube live stream at youtube.com/channel/UC6zdmDzxdOSW6veb2XpzCNA. Please email admin@royutah.org if you would like to comment during the in public hearing that evening.
City Council Meetings
City council and Planning Commission meetings will resume meeting at the Roy Municipal Building. The public is invited to attend. City council meetings will be held the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 p.m. Planning Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.
