Monday – Friday, June 7 – July 30

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Sack lunches will be distributed from inside the cafeteria. Children will need to be present to receive the meal. Adults may eat for $3.50 cash only, no large bills. Restrooms are not available.

Roy Senior Center is beginning to open back up. Our first event on the Calendar is a new Zumba class on Monday mornings at 10 a.m. Our first class will be on June 7, 2021. Please contact 801-773-0860 for more questions.

We will also be playing Pinochle on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. for anyone interested in joining; we need more players.

Summer Reading June 1 – August 7
Sign up for summer reading at all Weber County Library locations or at weberpl.lib.ut.us, beginning June 1. For children and teens ages 18 and under, sign up for summer reading and be entered in a raffle for a Nintendo Switch Lite and Animal Crossing game. All ages––adults too––can read and complete activities to enter prize drawings all summer long! For more information, visit your Library location.

“Three Bags Full” by Leonie Swann

June 9: Resilient Riders Program Kick-off Event 6 p.m. Ages 12 and under. The library will co-host this program with the Utah State University Extension Service, offering children the chance to earn a helmet sticker for milestone numbers of minutes they ride their bicycles. June 16: Art Class: Learn the basics of printmaking and stamp carving using rubber. Ages 16 and older.

June 17 – 24: Pokémon Pursuit
All ages. Pokémon are hiding at the library! Find them every day and fill out your log. Turn in completed logs to enter a raffle for a grand prize. Winners announced June 25.

June 17: The 5 Ws of Cooking: Where in the World?

June 21: The Talent of Talons 10:30 a.m. The Ogden Nature Center will bring three resident raptors to introduce birds of prey and their unique characteristics.

June 26: Magic Brooklyn Magic Show! 10:30 a.m. All ages. Bring a blanket and enjoy Magic Brooklyn’s funny, friendly entertainment in the amphitheater.
