Fun fact: It is not pronounced E.O.S. but “ee-ohs”. EōS is the Greek goddess of the dawn. It’s all about a new dawn in the fitness industry. They strive to provide the best amenities, so members can hit new heights with their fitness journey.
After a 15-month remodel, EōS reopened their 55th facility with more … everything. There is more space, more exercise equipment, cardio with personalized screens, free weights that go up to 150 lbs., more than 60 group fitness classes, including group cycling, Zumba®, dance aerobics, and heart-pumping fitness, yoga, and stretching classes. You’ll find not one but FIVE hot tubs, a sauna, and a swimming pool! The facility offers the most amazing weight lifting area in Utah, with the latest in strength training equipment and power lifting stations.
EōS is the only fitness facility in the state of Utah that offers BlackBox VR. What is that, you ask? Using StreamVR technology, experience the world’s first “hands-free” virtual reality controllers. Now, you can interact with the VR environment without holding controllers and grab resistance handles in a natural and unobstructed way.
