As of March 25th, the Roy City Utility and Community Development offices made the following adjustments in business hours:
• Business by phone: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Business in person: 10 a.m – 3 p.m or by
appointment only outside of these hours.
• The drive-thru window for utility payments
will remain open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
