Citizens are reminded to keep the sidewalks clear of snow and ice within twelve (12) hours from the termination of the depositing storm and to not deposit snow or other materials in the city streets. Snow deposited into the street from one residence ends up in the neighbor’s driveway approach as the plows clear the streets for safe vehicle passage. Please deposit snow in park strips where available or on grassy areas where the melting snow can safely and naturally filter through the soil.
