Roy City Council Meetings are held twice monthly, on every first and third Tuesday of the month, at 5:30 in the City Council Chambers located inside the Municipal Building. The City Council has a public comment portion in every meeting that is designed for residents to voice any concerns, compliments, or suggestions to the City Council in a public meeting.
