The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will extend the I-15 Express Lanes from Layton Parkway to Riverdale Road. Construction began in early May and will continue through 2020. The Express Lanes are designed to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion. They will be open to carpools and solo drivers who have purchased an Express Pass.
